September 15th, 2009Women’s Health sat down with Michelle Obama and talked about everything from her family’s healthy eating habits to her fabulously buff arms (and yes, they got the secret!) in What Michelle Wants. Eating dinner as a family, restricting TV and computer privileges for her daughters and encouraging her daughters to do something for themselves, not for anyone else, is the way she and the President do it. But what guilty pleasures, if any, does the First Lady have? French Fries - she says she could eat them for every meal! Eating right and exercising regularly are a few other things she does to keep up her killer figure - and are values she and the President are instilling in their daughters at a young age.
